This entrance is to be permanently closed and the buildings demolished. The television screen indicates
the entrance to the booking office. Most of the recently tiled area was once occupied by the Station

A view through the original booking office reveals that the comparatively recent ''up'' platform shelter
has witnessed a number of front panels removed already, to improve circulation. The ticket office
window continues to have a red frame of Network SouthEast origin. David Glasspool

A final westward view reveals that, at least at the western extremity of the platforms, little has
changed over the three years since the photograph on page 1 was taken. David Glasspool
